Having been released from Nottingham Forest in the past couple of weeks Billy Heath wasted no time in getting him back at the Impact following a previous loan spell.

On returning to the club Lewis had this to say, "Happy to be here and I can’t wait to get started. I've been here before and feels like the right move to take the next step in my career. Hopefully I can hit the ground running at a club where I feel confident."

Billy Heath added this as he secured his 3rd signing of the summer,"Lewis is young and only just been released by Forest. He's played a lot of non league football and that will be a big advantage for us. He wants to get back into the EFL and I hope we're the club to help him get back there. We've seen before that he works hard and fits into the style we want to play. I'm very pleased to have him back at the Impact"

Lewis will join fellow new signings Kennedy Digie and Jamie Walker and the rest of the squad when they return for pre season towards the end of June.
