After 2 weeks without a game Alfreton return to fortress Impact Arena

After a frustrating time in the Emirates FA Cup which means Alfreton Town`s Third Qualifying Round Tie against Bigglewade Town is still outstanding and yet to be played, The Reds will be pleased to be at their humble home on Saturday in National League North when they play host to Hereford FC

After the original tie was postponed on Saturday The Reds endured a fruitless journey south to Bedfordshire on Tuesday night in the rearranged game after the match was called only 75 minutes before kick after the pitch was ajudged unsuitable by the referee. Some members of the play staff facing hours on the road only to face disappointment.

The Reds will put the FA Cup on the backburner again for now.

Saturday sees the visit of eighth placed Hereford FC to the Impact Arena in league action.
A tough test is set to be instore for Billy Heath`s men as the Bulls have only lost one of their nine league games to date. (0-2 Needham Market)

The Herefordshire based club beat another Derbyshire Club Ilkeston Town in the FA Cup before they beaten 3-2 by Bishop Strortford on Saturday away from home.

The Impact Arena is a tough and intimidating place to come for opposition sides nowadays with Alfreton Town nineteen home matches unbeaten dating back to November 2023. Furthermore Ofton are nine matches unbeaten against Hereford FC and have never lost at home to this incarnation of Hereford Football Club.

With two weeks having passed since an excellent 1-0 away win at Kidderminster Harriers a number of Alfreton players will have had time to recover from niggles and knocks they may be carrying.

Tickets for the fixture can be purchased online in advance with the booking fee being donated to a local charity of the clubs choice

Admission for each Vanarama National League North fixture at the Impact Arena during the 2024/25 season is:

Adult - £15 (all under 16s with a paying adult are free of charge)
Concession (aged 65 and over) - £10
16-21 years-old - £10
Student - £10
12-15 years-old - £3
Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry

Please note the fixture will be segregated

Parking at the Impact Arena is incredibly limited. We recommend 
the pay and display parking on Rogers Lane, DE55 7FF and also at Severn Square, DE55 7BT - both are a five to ten minute walk to and from the Impact Arena.

Please be considerate of residents on the estate next to the arena, particularly Connaught Court, Bentley Close and North Street. We ask supporters to avoid parking in the residential areas around the ground and instead ask that you follow the advice and park in the pay and display car parks
