Following the Third Round Draw of the Isuzu FA Trophy which was conducted live on Talk Sport 2 earlier this afternoon Alfreton were the 14th tie out of the hat just as they were in the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round draw back in September and just like on that occassion they were paired with National League North rivals Spennymoor Town.

Graeme Lee`s Moors will travel to Derbyshire again this time in the FA Trophy Third Round.
Spennymoor beat South Shields at home by two goals to one in the previous round to set up the tie.

The match is set to take place at the impact Arena on Saturday 7th December 2024

The winners of the tie will pocket prize money of £4500 and the losers £1250.

Alfreton won the FA Cup Qualifying tie 1-0 back in October thanks to a Liam Waldock goal before just 10 days later Moors left with all three National League North points thanks to a 1-0 win of their own
