Following the Emirates FA Cup First Round Draw broadcast live on BBC 2 earlier this evening Alfreton Town have been drawn away to one of the world`s oldest and most historic clubs in Notts County.

While the Reds and Magpies have met many times in recent years in pre season the two clubs have never met competitively.

Notts did spend four years in the National League from 2019 to 2023, winning promotion back to the EFL in dramatic fashion on penalties against Chesterfield at Wembley.
