Alfreton Town make their bow in this season's Derbyshire County FA under the Impact Arena lights on Tuesday night at the Third Round stage of the competition when Staveley Miners Welfare are set to make the journey to DE55.
The fixture is the first of back to back cup fixtures at the Impact with Spennymoor set to visit in the Isuzu FA Trophy on Saturday marking their fourth visit to North Street in just 239 days.
Staveley Miners Welfare were transferred to the United Counties League Division One in the summer after 27 consecutive seasons as a member of the Northern Counties East League system.
Staveley nicknamed the Trojans started playing Saturday football in 1989 and after a rapid rise joined the NCEL in 1997.
Staveley Miners Welfare and Alfreton Town have met on four previous occasions in history
In the 1999/2000 season Ofton drew 1-1 away and won 6-2 at home on the final day of the season..
In the following season 2000/01 the two clubs met again with Alfreton winning 3-1 at home and 4-0 away.
The two clubs have never met in the Derbyshire Senior Cup before although Alfreton did beat another team from Staveley, Staveley Works 4-0 in 1984/85.
Staveley are currently 6th in the United Counties League Division Division One at Step 6 of the non league system.
The Trojans booked their place at this stage of the competition with a 1-0 home win over fellow UCL Division One Side Pinxton in the previous round.
The club have reduced admission for this fixture with pay on the gate in operation.
