Alfreton Town Football Club can confirm its retained list following the conclusion of the epic 2023/24 Vanarama National League North campaign which saw Ofton reached the Second Round Proper of the FA Cup for the first time in over a decade and take Walsall to a replay.

The Reds also enjoyed a league campaign to cherish as among many highs across the season perhaps most memorably recorded a first ever win against Chester at step two of the Non League Pyramid on Easter Bank Holiday Monday. A second consecutive play off finish was secured thanks to amassing an impressive 80 points as the Reds finished in 5th place for the second consecutive season. The Reds were agonisingly beaten by Boston United in the Play off Eliminator who went on to win promotion

A nucleus of the side, made up of as many as 13 members of Billy Heath`s playing squad that enjoyed such an excellent campaign, have signed contracts and committed their futures to the Reds
