On Saturday afternoon, we make the short trip across Derbyshire looking to secure Jake Buxton’s first win as new Alfreton Town manager, when taking on Buxton at the Tarmac Silverlands Stadium. The Stadium and Refreshments
The Tarmac Silverlands Stadium has a capacity of 4,000 with around 490 seats available and dates back to its original opening in 1884, whilst also being the highest football ground in England, at 310 metres (1,020 ft) above sea level.
Buxton have an extensively refurbished club house available for both sets of supporters offering various drink options. A canteen is also open from 1pm until just after half-time where you can purchase a wide range of hot and cold food and beverages.
Parking
On-site parking is not available for supporters, the hosts encourage fans to park on one of the following car parks:

Alternatively, surrounding areas and neighbouring streets may be available but we kindly request that you are respectful of local residents and not to block driveways.
