Alfreton Town Football Club invites committed, imaginative individuals to strengthen the Club’s media department for the 2025/26 season. As we continue to advance on and off the pitch, we seek volunteers who wish to deepen their skills while enriching our match‑day coverage and digital presence.

Available Roles

Role	Overview	Ideal Candidate
Match Commentator	Provide live match commentary for our streaming and radio services, ensuring supporters who cannot attend still feel part of the action.	Clear, confident communicator with sound tactical understanding—well‑suited to journalism or broadcasting students.
Content Creator	Develop engaging material for our social channels (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, and others), including graphics, short‑form video, and behind‑the‑scenes features.	Creative thinker with basic design or video‑editing skills and a passion for digital fan engagement.
Camera Operator	Capture fixtures, training sessions, and club features, working closely with the production team to deliver high‑quality footage	Media or film students—and experienced hobbyists—who possess a steady hand and keen visual sense; prior experience welcome but not essential.
Photographer	Record the decisive moments—goals, celebrations, community events—for publication on the Club website, social media, match‑day programmes, and marketing materials.	Photographers of all experience levels with an eye for storytelling images and readiness to work pitch‑side at home and away fixtures.
